Mayank Garg: Director/Strategy & Business Development
Mayank has more than ten years of experience in trading, origination, strategy, business development and corporate planning spread across Energy Markets in USA, Europe and Asia; covering Power, LNG/Gas, Coal and Clean Energy. In past he has served Tata Power in India as the Group Head for Strategy and Corporate Planning. Before that he worked with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, and EON Energy Trading in Dusselforf, Germany. He has also worked in US as energy consultant with Global Energy Decisions, now acquired by ABB, providing advisory services in the North America Power Markets. He is a regular speaker in various national and international conference, seminar, workshops and is recognized as an expert in Indian and Global Energy Markets. He has Master's in Energy Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and Engineering Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi).

Rachit Agarwal - Director/CTO
Rachit has a successful track record in managing, architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering large cutting edge software applications and application frameworks in ampere as well as in his previous leading technological consulting organization. He is an expert in Microsoft Technologies and other related technologies. Rachit leads all engineering and development efforts at Ampere. Rachit works closely with our clients to help them build their product as desired and provides his expertise in making them success. He steers the development life cycle of commercial software, and mentors the research and implementation of innovative software tools and components. Rachit holds an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-Delhi).

Gaurav Singhal: Director/COO
Gaurav has more than 14 years of experience in Enterprise Software Architecture, designing and implementation. Before joining Ampere Software, Gaurav was working as CTO of ArxMind Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. since 2006, where he was responsible for project deliveries, client management apart from sales, strategy and other management functions. He has worked in software design and development on various technologies in Mobile and Enterprise Software development. He has also been associated with Globallogic Inc. in past for 5 years, where he was involved in growing the company from under 10 people to more than 1000 people when he left. He was also responsible for one of the important module for the flagship integration software product of the company. Prior to Globallogic, he has also worked with Geometric Software, in CAD CAM domain. Gaurav graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in 2000 from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi).

Technical Team :
Besides the promoters, a core group of technical experts works predominantly to develop and test best possible software to the customers world-wide. Core Technical Group @ Ampere has average technical experience of 5 to 12 years and possess educational certificates from India premier institutes like IIT-Delhi, IIT-KGP, REC's and other leading private institutes.
